We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented AppFolio Manager to oversee and streamline property management processes using AppFolio software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing leases, tracking financial performance, maintaining operational workflows, and ensuring a seamless experience for tenants and property owners. This role requires an individual with strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of property management systems to ensure the efficient management of our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Property Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of property management, ensuring accurate and timely entry of tenant and property data into AppFolio.
2) Lease Tracking: Monitor lease agreements, renewals, and terms, ensuring compliance and managing renewals and expiration dates.
3) Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including monthly income statements, operating budgets, and variance reports. Provide property owners with detailed financial updates on a regular basis.
4) Tenant Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, maintenance requests, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
