About Us:
We currently sell a small selection of products through our Wix-powered website, with plans to expand over time. We use QuickBooks and Square for financial and sales management and Shippo for shipping, though we are open to exploring other options compatible with Wix.
Responsibilities:
• Assess our current systems and recommend improvements for inventory, sales, and shipping workflows.
• Set up an efficient and scalable process that integrates with Wix, QuickBooks, and Square.
• Provide clear instructions and training to ensure smooth handoff of responsibilities.
• Offer consulting support as needed while we adapt to the new systems.
Requirements:
• Expertise in e-commerce platforms, preferably Wix, and related tools like QuickBooks and Square.
• Familiarity with shipping platforms, such as Shippo, and alternatives.
• Proven experience in setting up and optimizing workflows for small businesses.
• Strong communication skills for training and ongoing consultation.
