Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee OtoSet’s (instagram.com/safkanhealth) social media presence. This role is pivotal in crafting and sharing content, engaging with our audience, and building partnerships with local influencers.
Responsibilities:
– Content Creation & Management: Develop, design, and schedule compelling content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) aligned with OtoSet’s educational brand identity.
– Social Media Engagement: Actively manage and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
– Influencer Outreach: Identify, connect with, and build relationships with local influencers. Coordinate collaborations and campaigns to amplify brand visibility.
– Performance Tracking: Analyze metrics to evaluate the success of social media campaigns and suggest optimizations.
– Brand Advocacy: Be the voice of OtoSet on social platforms, sharing our educational mission and values while ensuring consistency in tone and messaging.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience managing social media platforms for a (healthcare) brand or organization.
– Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and social media scheduling platforms.
– Strong communication and organizational skills.
– Knowledge of social media trends and analytics tools.
– Experience managing influencer relationships is a plus.
– Passion for healthcare, technology, or innovative solutions is a bonus.
