Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Social Media Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze social media data to help us make informed decisions, enhance our digital presence, and improve customer engagement strategies. You will play a critical role in identifying trends, measuring performance, and providing actionable insights to drive business success. This is a part time role with the opportunity to become Full time. The pay rate is base but will have bonus and commission structures based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including engagement, reach, impressions, and conversion rates.
• Develop data visualization dashboards and reports to present findings to stakeholders.
• Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitors to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to inform content strategy and campaign planning.
• Optimize performance of social media campaigns by providing data-driven recommendations.
• Conduct sentiment analysis and assess brand reputation through social listening tools.
• Maintain and improve data collection and analysis processes.
• The selected applicant will be in charge of scalability and growth across all advertising platforms and will be in charge of ad campaigns to grow each account respectively.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1 -2 years of experience in social media analytics or related fields.
• Experience in these or similar fields is a MUST!!
Skills:
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Brandwatch, Buffer).
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar data visualization platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in Excel and data manipulation tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
