Social Media Manager – Ecommerce Fitness Apparel Brand

Position Overview

The Social Media Manager will oversee all social media planning, content creation, and posting. You’ll also contribute to broader marketing initiatives, including coordinating photoshoots, trade show planning, and influencer partnerships. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll be a key player in bringing FITH’s vision to life through impactful and engaging campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Plan, schedule, and post content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and build meaningful interactions with our audience.
Track and analyze social media performance to identify trends and optimize content strategies.

Content Creation & Planning

Curate and design graphics, visuals, and social media assets that align with FITH’s brand identity.
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on monthly content calendars and campaign strategies.

Photoshoot Coordination

Assist in planning and organizing photoshoots, including scouting locations, preparing shot lists, and ensuring brand alignment.
Work closely with photographers, models, and other team members during execution.

Trade Show Design & Preparation

Collaborate on booth design, layout, and promotional materials for trade shows and events.
Ensure all assets are prepared and aligned with our brand messaging and aesthetics.
Influencer Marketing Management

Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with influencers that align with FITH’s brand values.
Manage influencer campaigns, including deliverables, timelines, and performance tracking.

General Marketing Support

Contribute to various marketing tasks as needed, supporting broader team initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep FITH’s content fresh and engaging.
