We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team and elevate our beachwear brand, Cosmic Sunrise Apparel, across multiple social platforms. Our brand is all about spreading positivity, education, and entertainment with a beachy vibe. This role requires someone with a passion for engaging content, an understanding of brand voice, and a strategic approach to drive online presence and community growth.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with brand goals and target audience engagement.
• Create, curate, and schedule daily posts (3 per day) on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook, maintaining consistency with our brand voice.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a community feel across all platforms.
• Generate ideas for weekly themed content such as “Turtle Tuesday” and “Whacky Wednesday,” as well as spotlighting relevant charities.
• Track and analyze performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve engagement and reach.
• Coordinate with our Virtual Assistant for content updates on Shopify, ensuring our online store aligns with our social presence.
• Help develop and execute marketing strategies to support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and holiday collections, like our upcoming Cosmic Sunrise Christmas collection.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably with e-commerce brands.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook, with an understanding of content strategies tailored to each platform.
• Excellent written communication skills and an ability to capture our brand voice.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and scheduling platforms.
• Experience in content creation, including basic graphic design skills (CapCut video editing knowledge is a plus).
• Passion for beach culture, sustainable living, and/or marine conservation is a plus.
