Responsibilities:
– Manage and create engaging posts, stories, and videos for TikTok, Instagram, and Bluesky.
– Develop and implement content schedules and marketing strategies tailored to each platform.
– Stay updated on social media trends, hashtags, and best practices to optimize audience growth and engagement.
– Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and demonstrate growth.
– Collaborate with the author to align the content with their brand and vision.
– Engage with followers and respond to comments to build an active and loyal online community.
Requirements:
– Proven experience managing TikTok and Instagram accounts (experience with Bluesky is a plus).
– Ability to create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content.
– Knowledge of analytics tools to track and report performance.
– Strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and platform algorithms.
– Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
– Passion for literature or experience promoting authors/books is a bonus.
