In this role, you’ll be working on multiple software development projects every day. You’ll use our company’s special tools and resources to complete these projects quickly and efficiently. Your main tasks will include writing code, fixing bugs, and integrating different software systems. You’ll often need to understand and work with code that others have started. Sometimes, you might talk directly with clients to understand what they need. The work is fast-paced – you could be handling up to 10 different projects in a single day. You’ll need to be comfortable switching between different programming languages and types of projects. Our backend system will help you manage this workload, but you’ll need to be organized and able to work independently. The goal is to complete as many high-quality projects as possible each week.
