Description:
We are looking for an experienced freelancer to source high-quality sounds and music with proper licensing for a children’s learning device. The project involves sourcing 43 unique sounds (e.g., animal sounds, environmental sounds) and 4 children’s songs in the following languages:
English (US and UK versions)
Danish
Swedish
Norwegian
French
German
Spanish (MX and ES versions)
Italian
Dutch
Japanese
All files must be legally compliant for commercial use, and proper documentation must be provided.
Scope of Work
Sound Sourcing (43 total):
Identify and source high-quality, royalty-free sounds based on a provided list.
Ensure proper licensing for commercial use.
Provide licensing documentation for each sound.
Children’s Songs (4 total in each language):
Source 4 appropriate children’s songs in the specified languages.
Ensure proper licensing for commercial use.
Provide licensing documentation for each song.
Organization and Delivery:
Organize files in a structured format (template provided).
Ensure sound clarity and compatibility with device specifications.
Communication and Updates:
Collaborate with us for approvals and updates as needed.
Provide a report summarizing licensing details and sources.
Requirements:
Experience in sourcing and licensing audio files.
Knowledge of copyright laws and licensing for commercial use.
Attention to detail in organizing files and documentation.
Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Estimated Hours:
We estimate this project to require 30-40 hours of work. Please bid based on your hourly rate and the time you believe it will take to complete the project.
Timeline:
The project should be completed within 2-3 weeks after hiring.
