I am looking for detail oriented data entry support to help with the conversion of PDF tax forms to formulas in Excel. You will need to be able to read PDFs (in English), and convert the PDF instructions to a formula in excel. Necessary skills include:
– Proficient reading / writing English
– Basic to Intermediate Microsoft Excel Proficiency
– Basic math ability (add, subtract, multiply, divide, basic if
statement generation)
– Detail oriented and diligent
For each Tax Form, I will provide a PDF of the form for each year to be processed, an outline of the line data from the form in excel, and general instructions, as well as a completed example. You will use this information to follow the instructions and create the necessary formulas.
I have capacity for a few hundred hours of work for the many tax forms I need processed. To begin, I will send you a test example, and upon successful completion, we can discuss the expected hours and scope over the next few weeks. Each individual tax form processing should take 0.5-5 hours depending on the complexity of the form.
