This video is for an organization that has replaced its “employee of the month” program with something that recognizes whole departments/ teams.
The goal of this video is to make the employees of the department feel recognized, appreciated, and valued for the work that they contribute. To do this, we have captured an interview with the director of the department, talking about, thanking, and honoring their employees. The interview is conducted as a conversation going back and forth between them and the video team, includes multiple takes and thoughts, and is about 30-45 minutes long.
I am looking for an editor to work with the footage and take the best parts to create a 3-5 minute video, keeping the overall goal and messaging in mind. Then, overlay broll of the team doing the things that the director is describing them doing.

The footage is shot in 1920×1080, 1080p and 60 fps.
The editor will be chosen on Monday afternoon, 11/09/24 once the footage is finished uploading.
