– Design and administer coding challenges and technical assessments tailored to job needs.
– Provide recommendations on candidate suitability and support decision-making throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in technical recruitment or consulting, with a strong SDE background.
– Expertise in evaluating coding skills, system design, and technical problem-solving abilities.
– Familiarity with technical hiring platforms, tools, and modern engineering practices.
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work in PST or overlapping time zones.
