We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to assist with scheduling email campaigns and updating flows in Klayvio, as well as scheduling Instagram posts and stories. We’ll provide all the materials—email copy, subject lines, segments, and send times—and you’ll ensure everything is correctly set up and sent out on schedule. You’ll also be responsible for posting Instagram content according to a provided schedule.

-Klayvio Campaign Scheduling: Set up and schedule email campaigns using provided content, segments, and sending details. Update and maintain email flows to ensure accuracy and proper segmentation.
-Quality Control: Double-check all details before launching emails and ensure no errors in targeting or timing.
-Instagram Scheduling: Schedule posts and stories on Instagram according to provided text, images, and calendars.
-Dependable Execution: Follow guidelines and timelines meticulously, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.

-Instagram Scheduling: Experience scheduling social posts, either through native tools or scheduling platforms.

-Immediate Availability: Ready to start promptly and carry out tasks efficiently with minimal oversight.
