UGC Micro-Influencer Researcher

We are looking to build a large pipeline of UGC creators for our ecommerce clients. We need someone who can take our provided brand guidelines and target personas and search TikTok and Instagram to identify micro-influencers that align with these criteria.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Research TikTok and Instagram for micro-influencers who fit our brand guidelines and target personas.
2) Ensure the influencers align with the specific aesthetics, values, and audience of the brand.
3) Compile a comprehensive list of influencers into a spreadsheet, with information such as follower count, social link, and why they are a good fit.

Requirements:
1) Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram trends, micro-influencers, and UGC content.
2) Basic understanding of brand alignment and target audience analysis.
3) Strong attention to detail and ability to organize data efficiently.
