Overview:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with strong experience in Figma to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-friendly, visually compelling designs that enhance the user experience. You will be responsible for crafting wireframes, prototypes, and final design assets while ensuring a seamless user journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces using Figma.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility.
• Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions.
• Continuously improve design systems and guidelines.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Figma and a strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours per week.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to iterate quickly based on feedback.
