As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping how users interact with the platform, ensuring that the design is intuitive, compassionate, and reflective of the sensitive nature of grief therapy. Your designs will create seamless and emotionally engaging user experiences across mobile, web, and immersive platforms.
Responsibilities:
User-Centric Design:
Create intuitive interfaces tailored to the emotional needs of users coping with grief and nostalgia.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for mobile, web, and VR/AR environments.
Immersive Experience Design:
Collaborate with VR/AR developers to design interactive and visually compelling virtual memorials and spaces.
Ensure consistency across all platforms, focusing on sensory engagement and accessibility.
Visual and Interaction Design:
Design visually appealing layouts and interactions that reflect the sensitivity of the platform’s purpose.
Optimize designs for responsiveness across devices, including smartphones, tablets, and VR headsets.
Collaboration:
Work closely with developers, AI engineers, and content creators to ensure design feasibility and alignment with technical requirements.
Gather user feedback to refine and improve the platform’s design elements.
Accessibility and Inclusivity:
Ensure all designs are accessible to a diverse audience, following best practices for inclusivity and usability.
Requirements:
Proven experience in UI/UX design for mobile, web, or immersive platforms.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Familiarity with designing for VR/AR platforms (Unity, Unreal Engine) is a plus.
Strong understanding of responsive design and user-centered design principles.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Sensitivity to the emotional and cultural nuances of designing for grief and nostalgia.
Compensation:
Payment will be approved upon funding completion.
Team members will also receive SurrealiCoin tokens as part of their compensation, offering a stake in the platform’s long-term success.

This position will be reserved as part of our official team presented to investors. While no immediate work is required until funding is secured, confirming your role demonstrates our readiness to proceed with development.
