I need urgent assistance with reconnecting my DigitalOcean server to ServerPilot. Here’s the issue:
I have reset the root password on my server.
When I try to log in, it prompts me to change the password.
After entering a new password, the command console closes, and I can’t log back in with the new password.
This might be an issue with the authentication files or server configuration, but I’m not sure. I need someone experienced with Linux servers, the command line, and troubleshooting SSH issues to resolve this.
Requirements:
Fix the issue and reconnect the server to ServerPilot.
Explain what went wrong and guide me through any steps if needed.
