We are seeking a skilled and experienced UI/UX team or an individual to collaborate on enhancing our chatbot companion platform. This project focuses on organizing existing designs, identifying gaps in user journeys, and creating consistent, user-friendly interfaces for new and existing features.
Project Overview
We are working on a chatbot companion platform offering personalized and interactive experiences for users through immersive features and customizable interfaces. The platform is live and functional, with developed designs in Figma. Most of the pages and features are designed. Some are missing or need rethinking/refinement. No formal style guide, user flows, or sitemap exists, creating gaps in consistency and navigation.
Objective:
Collaborate with the team to organize existing assets, develop user flows, and create a consistent design system.
Design missing interfaces and refine existing ones, ensuring usability and alignment with the platform’s vision.
Key Responsibilities
Audit and Systematize Existing Designs:
Review current Figma files to identify inconsistencies, incomplete pages, and missing UI components, such as pop-ups or tooltips, and ensure they are included in the overall design plan.
Create a design roadmap.
Develop User Flows and Sitemap:
Work with the team to map out user paths and overall platform navigation.
Identify gaps in the current structure and propose solutions to streamline the user experience.
Refine Existing Features:
Update and improve current designs, ensuring visual and functional consistency across all elements.
Propose redesigns for features that need usability improvements.
Design New Features: Create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces (In-page image generation;
Video integration; In platform calls (interactive buttons for accepting, declining, callbacks, and messaging); Internal currency display (balance indicator).
Formalize a Design System:
Consolidate existing design elements into a cohesive style guide, covering typography, colors, icons, and reusable components.
Establish a scalable framework for future designs.
Deliverables & Milestones
Milestone 1: Audit and Design Framework (33% Payment)
Deliverables:
Comprehensive audit report of current designs with prioritized recommendations.
Initial user flows and sitemap to outline platform navigation.
Draft style guide in Figma, covering typography, colors, and reusable components.
Milestone 2: Feature and Page Designs (33% Payment)
Deliverables:
High-fidelity designs for the following features:
Image generation interface.
Video integration layout and placement.
Companion call interface.
Currency display UI.
Mobile-first designs for all updated and new features.
Milestone 3: Final Refinements and Design System (34% Payment)
Deliverables:
Finalized style guide and reusable component library in Figma.
Completed interactive prototypes for all designed features and pages.
Final sitemap and user flows reflecting the updated platform structure.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Strong ability to analyze and improve incomplete or inconsistent designs.
Experience developing user flows and sitemaps for complex platforms.
Expertise in Figma and creating scalable design systems.
Proficiency in typography, color theory, and layout design.
