We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team to help design our proprietary financial services software. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for transforming sketches and conceptual designs into user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces. Your expertise will be crucial in creating a seamless and intuitive user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user stories, and technical constraints.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and refine designs.
Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
Maintain design consistency across all platforms and devices.
Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Provide guidelines and best practices for designing responsive and accessible interfaces.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects.
Mandatory experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and designing for cloud-based applications.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and other relevant software.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience in the financial services industry.
Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
