Versatile Virtual Assistant for Automating Fitness Plan Creation

We are Financial Fit Club, a company dedicated to providing tailored fitness and nutrition solutions for our clients. We are looking for a skilled and proactive Virtual Assistant to build a fully automated system that streamlines client onboarding, fitness plan creation, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Form Creation & Payment Integration:
Design and embed GoHighLevel forms on our website.
Integrate tiered payment options (Basic, Standard, Premium) via Stripe/PayPal.
Client Data Collection & Processing:
Capture detailed client information (fitness goals, time availability, dietary preferences, etc.) using GoHighLevel forms.
Set up Zapier workflows to send this data to GPT for personalized fitness and meal plan generation.
Plan Customization & Delivery:
Automate the transfer of GPT-generated content into a branded Canva template.
Ensure plans are visually appealing and client-ready.
System Testing & Troubleshooting:
Test the end-to-end system to guarantee seamless functionality, from payment processing to plan delivery.
Identify and resolve any issues for a smooth client experience.
Requirements:
Strong experience with GoHighLevel, including form creation and website embedding.
Proficiency in Zapier for workflow automation.
Familiarity with GPT models (e.g., OpenAI API) for data processing and output retrieval.
Expertise in Canva for designing and automating templates.
Knowledge of Stripe/PayPal integration for payment collection.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
