Hi everyone, I am a drone pilot and real estate videographer who is looking for someone that can edit my drone and inside of the property footage into a portrait video that is ready for TikTok and other social media uploading. So portrait is a must.
I will be attaching three videos, one (Model 1 Drone) being the drone footage, the second (Model 1 Internal) being internal footage and the third (Monica Franco #1.3) being my edit that I did myself so you can use for reference as to what I look for in a edit. Side note, I am not an editor and did my very best to create a video so I look forward to networking with someone who I can outsource this to.
For this first edit, I will be referring to the property on the right showcased in the drone footage.
I would like this information included in the video:

– 2 story
– 1,983 sq. ft.
– Corona, CA
I know this can easily be added using the TikTok video editor after selecting your media but I want to minimize any extra work for the realtors that I do business with.
Remember, the video titled “Monica Franco #1.3” is my attempt at editing using Davinci Resolve. It took me about an hour or so to edit. I also did my best to center the drone footage after zooming in on the house. I filmed a bit too far. Keep it centered and it shouldn’t be a big deal if you also decide to zoom in.
Another note, the internal footage is 4K but the drone footage is 1080p60fps. When I rendered my edit, I exported at 4K60fps to maximize video quality. If you can do the same, great.
For the internal footage, I attempted to use the first walk through but it ended up needing more transitions than the second walk through since you can see me in some of the MIRRORS.
