We are a Retirement Planning Firm with a YouTube Channel of 115 videos. We used to have someone in-house that was able to edit videos, but have not been able to replace this person yet. We have someone learning, but for the time being, we are looking for someone to take raw footage from our recordings and edit them into videos similar to what is already on our channel:

We are open to someone revamping the style, background music, themes, etc,. Our goal is to have someone in-house back up and running within 6 months, so this would be a role that would last around that long. We are looking to average one video per week and are willing to pay hourly or on a per video basis depending on the quality of work and experience of the candidate.
