We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Virtual Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis (maximum 20 hours per week, with potential for growth to full-time for the right person). In this role, you will manage and oversee tasks for one of our key clients, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service.’
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and track client files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
• Manage client communication in a professional and timely manner, primarily via email and the client portal.
• Input data and maintain records within our CRM system.
• Schedule follow-up tasks and updates, ensuring deadlines are met for client deliverables.
• Respond to client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service while adhering to established guidelines.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth coordination and accurate updates for all client-related activities.
• Assist in compiling weekly status reports for client review.
• Monitor and report any discrepancies or issues promptly to the team lead.
• Collaborate with the team using Google Meet and other tools for seamless group efforts.
Qualifications:
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in using online tools such as CRMs, email platforms, and task management software (training provided if needed).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for uninterrupted work.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a virtual assistant role or customer service is a plus.
• Familiarity with task management platforms and CRM systems is beneficial but not required.
Compensation:
$5.00 per hour (starting). This is a remote position.
Note: Candidates will undergo full training and must be willing to collaborate actively with the team using Google Meet and other group tools to ensure alignment and efficiency.
