Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and professional Virtual Assistant to manage the direct messages (DMs) of a fitness influencer’s social media account. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, have excellent customer service skills, and possess the ability to engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and maintain a positive online presence.
Key Responsibilities-
DM Management:
Monitor and respond to all direct messages promptly and professionally.
Handle inquiries related to fitness programs, collaborations, and general questions.
Filter and flag priority messages, including brand opportunities and urgent requests.
Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain positive relationships with followers by engaging in meaningful conversations.
Address follower concerns with empathy, ensuring high satisfaction and resolution of queries.
Provide accurate information about fitness offerings, services, and partnerships.
Organization:
Maintain an organized system for tracking message threads, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Identify frequently asked questions and create templated responses for efficiency.
Professionalism:
Represent the fitness influencer’s brand voice and values consistently.
Communicate professionally and respectfully at all times.
Qualifications-
Proficiency in English:
Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and tone.
Experience in Customer Service:
At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing or virtual assistant role.
Demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently and empathetically.
Tech Savvy:
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Basic knowledge of DM automation tools and organizational software is a plus.
