Virtual Assistant Needed for digital agency owner- US Eastern Time Zone

I am looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant to join my team and help streamline both business and personal operations. As the head of a busy digital marketing agency, I manage a variety of projects, designers, and production schedules. This role is key to keeping everything organized and running smoothly.

It is important that you have experience in using ClickUp for project management. It’s also extremely important that you were ahead of the curve on the offense looking for things that you’re gonna be able to help streamline or take on for me so that I’m able to focus on bigger picture. I’m looking for a true right hand person I can depend on to get things done always looking at ways to get things resolved or improved processes in moving things forward.

Responsibilities:
• Write professional emails and follow-ups
• Conduct research using traditional methods and AI tools
• Create and manage Excel documents and organize data effectively
• Assist with social media scheduling, posting, and creating content calendars
• Help with personal and business-related tasks, including bill pay and document management

Requirements:
• Available to work during US Eastern Standard Time hours
• Strong command of the English language
• Proficient in Zoom for daily check-ins and meetings
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities
