Our company, Kavahana, is a fast-growing hybrid e-commerce and in-person food and beverage business located in Santa Monica, California USA. We’re looking for a highly organized and responsive Virtual Assistant with exceptional English communication skills to help us scale our unique brand.
Responsibilities:
1) TikTok Affiliate Center
– Collaborate with our affiliate creators on TikTok, handling communication, content needs, and collaborations.
– Proactively reach out to influencers and affiliates via Instagram and TikTok DMs to invite them to our in-person location.
2) Wholesale Partner Communications
– Serve as the primary point of contact for wholesale partners.
Build and maintain professional relationships, respond promptly to inquiries, and coordinate business needs.
3) Content Writing
– Create engaging, on-brand articles for our WordPress website that resonate with our audience.
– Update our website as needed.
4) General Communication Support
– Provide reliable daily communication with management, ensuring alignment on ongoing projects and updates.
5) Design Support (CANVA)
– Assist with Canva-related design tasks as needed, ensuring visuals are aligned with Kavahana’s aesthetic.
What We’re Looking For:
1) Proven experience as a virtual assistant, ideally within a hybrid e-commerce or food and beverage environment.
2) Strong willingness and ability to learn about Kavahana’s unique product and communicate its value effectively.
3) Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
Proficiency with TikTok and experience working with content creators.
4) Highly responsive and reliable, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Time Commitment (***VERY IMPORTANT***):
We require availability from 10 AM PST (Pacific Time – as we are in Los Angeles) to 10 PM PST daily. Note you will not be working the entire time, but you must be reachable and able to respond promptly to messages during this period.
