**Position Summary:**
The Virtual Assistant will be an integral part of our team, focusing on managing and optimizing our Shopify store operations. This role requires a candidate who is highly organized, e-commerce savvy, and proficient in Shopify, as well as Microsoft Office products. **Work Hours:** Full-time, 40 hours per week.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Shopify Store Management:** Specialize in the end-to-end management of our Shopify store, implementing strategies to optimize product listings, enhance SEO, and improve overall customer experience.
– **Customer Service:** Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional service through email, phone, and social media channels. Efficiently manage customer issues, including order processing, returns, and exchanges.
– **Order Fulfillment:** Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order entry, tracking, and coordination with logistics partners.
– **Digital Marketing:** Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to grow our online presence. Develop and execute ad campaigns that effectively target our market, analyzing results to optimize performance.
– **Market Research:** Conduct comprehensive market and product research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential new products that align with our brand ethos.
– **Microsoft Office Proficiency:** Utilize Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams for data analysis, content creation, document management, and team collaboration, enhancing operational efficiency and communication.
**Qualifications:**
– Demonstrable experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, with a strong background in Shopify store management.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams is essential.
– Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
