Virtual Assistant (VA) – Social Media, Lead Generation & Administrative Support

We are a global association management and consulting firm dedicated to helping professional associations grow and thrive. Our services include strategic consulting, operations management, event coordination, and more. We’re now looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our growing team in delivering top-quality service to our clients around the world.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management (LinkedIn)

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on LinkedIn.
Monitor and respond to comments/messages in a timely and professional manner.
Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, etc.) and provide regular reports.
Lead Generation

Identify and reach out to potential clients or partners via LinkedIn and other channels.
Use CRM or other tracking tools to manage and follow up with leads.
Develop strategies to build and nurture relationships with prospects.
Email & Calendar Management

Organize and maintain multiple email inboxes.
Prioritize emails, draft responses, and escalate important matters when necessary.
Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring efficient calendar coordination.
Website Updates

Assist with content updates, basic design tweaks, or page creations.
Coordinate with web developers/designers for larger tasks if needed.
Ensure site content is accurate, up-to-date, and consistent with branding.
Design & Content Creation (Canva)

Create branded graphics, infographics, and other digital assets.
Maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials.
Project Management (Preferred)

Assist in coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and team tasks.
Communicate with team members or stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
Provide regular updates on project progress.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Social media proficiency, particularly on LinkedIn (experience with scheduling and reporting tools is a bonus).
Lead generation experience with demonstrated success in identifying and nurturing new prospects.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
Proficiency in email management, calendar scheduling, and basic project management.
Familiarity with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace).
Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools; able to create engaging visual content.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software or tools.
Interest or background in association management or consulting is a plus.
