Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Web Developer with agency experience to manage and enhance our clients’ websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, including updating existing pages, creating new pages, and designing user-friendly, visually appealing web pages. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure high-quality results. Most of our websites are WordPress.
Key Responsibilities:
–Update and maintain existing client websites, ensuring all pages are up-to-date and functioning optimally.
–Develop and design new web pages based on client requirements and marketing strategies.
–Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create responsive, SEO-friendly websites.
–Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
Implement best practices for web development, including code efficiency, site speed, and cross-browser compatibility.
–Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
–Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to understand project needs and provide updates.
Requirements:
–Proven experience as a Web Developer in a marketing agency or similar environment.
–Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies.
–Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or similar.
–Strong understanding of responsive design, UX/UI principles, and SEO best practices.
–Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
–Must be available to work at least five US hours a day, depending on your time zone.
–Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
–Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
–5 years experience with back-end development and server management.
–Familiarity with web analytics tools and conversion rate optimization.
–Knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
