Looking for an experienced automation specialist to help modernize our operations.
We’re a growing company with two factories and a 15-person team, currently managing everything manually. As we expand, we need someone to analyse our existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement automated solutions that will streamline our operations.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in process analysis and workflow automation. You’ll be responsible for evaluating our current workflows, recommending appropriate automation tools, and creating an implementation plan that includes staff training recommendations. We’re looking for someone who can not only provide technical expertise but also communicate clearly with our team throughout the project.
This is a 4-6 week project with potential for long-term collaboration.
Previous experience with successful automation projects are good to have but not mandatory.
