YouTube Channel Expert Needed to Plan Launch and Weekly Tasks

My name is Bradley Clark and I own a financial planning firm called Clark Asset Management (www.bradleyclark.com).

I published a book, am re-launching my blog and have a video class (on my website) is very effective in engaging prospects who find their way to our website.

But….I do not have a content platform….yet.

For 2025, I want to focus on launching and scaling up a YouTube Channel.

I have outlined a vision for the channel, and I will be responsible for planning the content and recording 2 long-form videos per week (1 talking head and 1 interview). But that is literally all I want to do myself. I want others to do everything else.

1] Finalizing the Vision

2] Document ALL the weekly “Non-Brad” tasks across 6 areas:
• Pre-Recording (research guests, schedule guests, set-up for remote guests)
• Post-Recording (video editing, podcast editing, graphics & thumbnails, podcast artwork)
• SEO, Uploading, and Publishing/Scheduling (for YouTube and Podcast)
• Promotion & Distribution (social, email, ads)
• Engagement & Community Management (monitor comments)
• Analytics and Reporting

3] Assign all the weekly tasks to my staff and contractors and help me FIND the contractors (perhaps you are one of them!)

4] Launching the Channel
• Plan the launch
• Set-up the channel
