I’m looking for a YouTube Thumbnail editor, but who also has an understanding of business acumen.
Right now I have a team in which all I have to do is give them the video..
And I don’t have to tell them what to create for a thumbnail or video title.
They will A/B test and repackage i needed.

I’d ideally want to bring you into my ClickUp workspace.
I’m willing to pay also by incentives, meaning
if CTR is above KPI I give bonus
If we hit view milestones, I’m willing to give more bonuses
**WANT I WANT**: I do NOT want to have to hand hold. I run a business and I don’t have time. At the end of the day YOU”RE the expert. I want to be able to just give you a video, and you figure out what needs to be done, create it, and i’ll review/finalize
