Zendesk Help Center to Gitbook Migration

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Knowledge Base Migration Specialist to transition approximately 50 articles from Zendesk to GitBook. The content includes images and videos, and will require some editing to align with our formatting and style guidelines

Responsibilities:
Migrate around 50 knowledge base articles, including all multimedia elements, from Zendesk to GitBook
Perform necessary editing to update and improve content during the transfer.
Ensure all articles adhere to GitBook formatting and our internal style guidelines.
Collaborate remotely with our team to ensure content accuracy and consistency
Complete the project within one week of the start date

Requirements:
Proven experience with Zendesk and GitBook platforms, especially Gitbook
Strong technical writing and editing skills
Proficiency in handling multimedia content within documentation
Excellent communication skills for effective remote collaboration
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
Portfolio showcasing previous knowledge base migrations or technical writing projects
Familiarity with Markdown or other markup languages used in GitBook
