We are looking for a Zoho One Expert to help set up and optimize Zoho CRM, Zoho Bookings, and marketing automation. The role involves integrating tools like scheduling, migrating our data, setting up workflows using Zoho Flow, and automating tasks with platforms like Make (formerly Integromat) or Zapier if needed.
Responsibilities:
-Configure Zoho CRM and customize it for our needs.
– Set up Zoho Bookings and integrate it with CRM and external tools.
– Create marketing automations and workflows in Zoho.
– Import, clean, and organize contact and account data.
– Automate tasks using Zoho Flow, Make, or Zapier
– Show team members how to use zoho crm
Requirements:
– Expertise in Zoho ones suite of apps
– Experience setting up Zoho CRM
– Experience with marketing automation in Zoho.
– Skilled in integrating external tools.
– Familiarity with Make or Zapier
Preferred:
Knowledge of Deluge scripting and other Zoho apps like Campaigns or Analytics.
Experience creating seamless automation across tools.
